Think it or not, there are numerous things that people use their teeth for they shouldn’t. From opening plastic to crushing shells, we’ve seen lots of teeth harmed by inappropriate usage. Sadly, during this season, we see an increase in this type of issue. Here are some things you can pay attention to keep yourself protected and your teeth healthy.
During this time of year, a number of people use their teeth to open things: don’t do this! Your teeth are intended for slicing, tearing and chewing, but not for opening presents! If you open a gift with your teeth, you might be in for a major restorative surgery with our team. Another issue we’ve noticed is people opening soda bottles with their teeth: we can’t stress enough how harmful this is! Spend a little bit of extra time to find a bottle opener and keep yourself a lot of time and agony from repairing broken teeth.
